May 2021 - June 2023

During my time as the HQMC CBRND Officer and Manager of the CBRN Defense community, I coordinated and managed the modernization of this job field and completely overhauled the CBRN defense readiness reporting procedures for the Marine Corps.  The restructuring provided increased CBRN Response to support the Marine Corps and combatant commands CWMD missions/objectives. This led me to develop the CBRN Defense Program to identify multiple offices roles and responsibilities related to CBRN defense support to operations; the first of its kind in any Service.  Additionally, the accuracy gained through program coordination, implemented, and innovative reporting procedures provided real time CBRN defense readiness reporting information to not only executive level leadership at HQMC, but multiple offices within the Department of Defense.
